SJA UPDATES

MORE NEWS FROM THE FRENCH CORNER.

Please find some important information, just in case you missed it!

Here is a little bit of information about myself. The French language is my passion. I was born in Montréal, Québec, and moved to Ontario, well shall we say, a long time ago. I made the move from Montréal because I was a dressage rider and elite athlete coach and most of my competitions were in Ontario. So, off I went with horses in tow! However, I have been a French teacher for 12 years, 10 of those at The Maples, our sister school. I love teaching and I am passionate about it.

As you probably know the Orientation Night has been moved to Tuesday, September 8, 2015, 7pm-9pm, so make sure you come and visit the French Corner room for grades 6 to 12 in the MYP section and will be labelled FRENCH CORNER room #22.
Here are a few things you need to know:

There will be no lunch orders for the first week Sept.9-11, but you can buy your own pizza for $2. per slice. Lunch order forms will come home on the first day of school and lunch payment is due Sept. 11
(no exceptions)

Welcome BBQ is September 17th, from 4p.m. to 7pm.
Hot dogs: $2.
Hamburgers $3.
Pop/water/chips $1.
